On Saturday, the 20-year-old German traveled to Reutte with his current girlfriend (22). And it was probably no coincidence that the couple stayed at the hotel where the man’s 18-year-old ex-girlfriend works.
Threatened with a knife and baseball bat
A meeting was arranged in a restaurant parking lot late in the evening. The situation escalated! “The 22-year-old German threatened the man’s ex-girlfriend and held an open switchblade in front of her,” police said. And further: “The 20-year-old ex-boyfriend also backed up the threat by getting a baseball bat from the car and standing next to the two women.
The 22-year-old suspect then became violent. She punched her boyfriend’s ‘ex’ in the face – the 18-year-old suffered significant injuries.
Couple examined during police investigation
The German couple then fled with their car. ““As part of a search that was immediately initiated, the man and his girlfriend were located in the parking lot of a hotel in Reutte and taken into custody,” investigators continued.
