Date:

Can the owner of the animals keep dogs again after Naarn’s fatal bite? The dog ownership ban currently applies nationwide and for life against the 37-year-old whose Staffordshire terrier “Elmo” fatally bit in the Mühlviertel – he was not the only one involved. The woman from Mühlviertel is now taking legal action against this parking ban.

It has been a month and five days since Herta A. (60) was attacked and bitten to death by three dogs while jogging in Naarn. But it will take a long time before the victim’s relatives can find peace, as the legal process to deal with the dramatic incident is lengthy.
