After a 16-year-old youth escaped from prison in Gerasdorf on Monday, the search has so far been unsuccessful. The police are therefore asking for information from the public and on Friday published a photo of the Afghan Yousef A.
On Friday, police released a photo of the prisoner who escaped at 10:30 a.m. Monday during a medical examination at the Wiener Neustadt State Hospital. According to the broadcast, the 16-year-old Afghan wore a black and white tracksuit with the inscription ‘Alpha’. Information about the whereabouts of Yousef A., which will be treated confidentially, was requested from the Wiener Neustadt-Burgplatz police station (tel. 059133-3391).

An alert search for the Russian national in the Krems area was negative.
