Spectacular attack in the municipality of Arnoldstein: Carinthian officials have arrested a dangerous Spaniard (37) who was wanted by his Styrian colleagues for, among other things, attempted murder.
On Monday around 11.45 am, officers from the Carinthia West police station caught a very “big fish” on the southern highway: as part of their patrol task, the officers in the municipality of Arnoldstein were able to handcuff a 37-year-old Spaniard who was wanted throughout Europe. He probably wanted to escape across the border.
Transferred to Styria
The suspect was wanted by the Graz Public Prosecutor’s Office for several crimes against life and limb, including serious acts of violence, including attempted murder. Now the escape of the dangerous Spaniard in Carinthia came to an end. The 37-year-old has now been arrested by colleagues from the Weiz police station, who keep the files, and transferred to Styria.
