A room fire frightened the residents of an apartment complex in Salzburg on Friday evening. It was also believed that one person was missing from the burning house. The fire brigades of Kuchl, Golling and Bad Vigaun responded.
The volunteer firefighters in Kuchl were suddenly alerted around 1 a.m. There was a fire in a residential building. When the emergency services arrived on the scene, they immediately set alarm level 2 and called the Floriani from Golling and Bad Vigaun for help.

The residents of the home were also missing one person in the building, the Kuchl volunteer fire brigade reported in a press release. The entire house was searched by several respiratory protection teams for missing persons, but no one was found. At around 1:30 am the fire was again declared “out” after the crew of 121 people had extinguished the fire with several pipes.
