Not a nice gift for the residents of a house on Linzer Wiener Straße. A fire broke out there shortly after noon. The fire brigade arrived quickly. Seven residents had to go to hospital.
It may have been a candle that sent seven people to the hospital on Christmas Day. The fire started around noon on the ground floor of an apartment building on Wiener Strasse.
The Linz fire brigade quickly arrived on the scene and was able to quickly extinguish the fire. However, because thick smoke had already formed, according to information from the ‘Krone’, seven tenants had to be taken to hospital with suspected smoke poisoning. A resident’s dog was rescued.
