Leave a message – fireworks are set off in the Salzburg police car

On New Year’s Eve, unknown people set off fireworks in front of the Itzling police station and damaged a commercial vehicle. The perpetrators not only left behind a damaged hubcap, but also a message for the police officers.

Officers found a note on the windshield of the police car that read “Nique La Police,” which translates to “F*** the police,” handwritten in French. The vehicle itself was not damaged.

Illegal fireworks on New Year’s Eve
In the Furtwängler Park in the city of Salzburg, young people fired fireworks at passers-by. However, thanks to the quick action of the police, no one was injured. Officers confiscated the fireworks.
