A man boarded a plane engine and died at Salt Lake City Airport in Utah. The 30-year-old arrived on the asphalt via an emergency exit. He had a ticket for a flight to Denver, the American police reported.
The man’s personal belongings, such as clothing and shoes, were found on one of the runways on Monday evening. Shortly afterwards, the Utah man was discovered in an airplane engine. According to the police, the engine had already started and the man died at the airport.
It is still unclear why the man climbed into the motorcycle in the first place. The exact cause of death and nature of the 30-year-old’s injuries are not yet known. The plane was defrosting when the accident occurred.

Toxicological testing ordered
To clarify the outstanding questions, an autopsy and toxicological examination were conducted. According to CNN, the affected flight to San Francisco was canceled. The incident had no influence on further activities at the airport.
