The Swedish pop band Abba is already virtually on stage in London, now ‘The King’ follows Elvis Presley (1935-1977, ‘Jailhouse Rock’, ‘Love Me Tender’).
“Elvis Evolution” is scheduled to premiere in London in November 2024; shows are also planned in Las Vegas, Tokyo and Berlin.
“Elvis has reached global superstar status,” said Andrew McGuinness, CEO of Layered Reality. People would no longer want to just passively consume entertainment, but want to be part of it.

Authentic Brands Group, owner of Elvis Presley Enterprises, promised fans a new way to experience Presley’s life’s work. Thousands of private photos and video recordings are used for the hologram show.
In London, the Swedish pop band Abba is already on stage virtually – avatars of the musicians have been created for the concert show “Abba Voyage”. American rock group Kiss has also introduced avatars of themselves.
