A spectacular accident took place on the Inntal highway near Tulfes (Innsbruck-Land district) on Sunday night! A local man (24) crashed into a wall and then flew through the air. His car ended up on its side on a guardrail. Miraculously, he emerged unscathed.
Shortly before 1 a.m., the 24-year-old was driving west on the A12. The driver of his car skidded near Koreth’s parking lot. The reason for this may have been the slush on the road.
Moments later he hit the right wing. The vehicle was then thrown through the air and landed on a guardrail approximately 40 yards away on the driver’s side.
The driver was uninjured, the car was probably a total loss
The driver was able to free himself from the vehicle. Miraculously, he was unharmed. An alcohol test was negative. The car was probably a total loss.
