The police in the south of Burgenland discovered a busy spray can. The 17-year-old left an empty aerosol can at one of the crime scenes in Pinkafeld and Oberwart – the data match was right!
As the “Krone” reported, the police had long been looking for a painter who had damaged and daubed numerous buildings and objects with his graffiti in Pinkafeld and Oberwart last April.
17 year old confesses
Now officials have arrested a 17-year-old Austrian who, after a DNA analysis by the Burgenland State Criminal Police Office, fully confessed.
An empty aerosol can was found at one of the crime scenes, for which the boy was convicted. The total damage is 25,000 euros.
