Actor Alec Baldwin is charged again in the shooting of the ‘Rust’ cinematographer

A New Mexico jury has charged the American actor twice with involuntary manslaughter over the accidental shooting that occurred while filming his latest movie “Rust” in the state and resulted in the death of director of photography Halyna Hutchins.

A New Mexico grand jury indicted the American actor on Friday Alec Baldwin of two counts of involuntary manslaughter for the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film Rustwhat happened in the state.

The first charge refers to a “careless use of a firearm”, while the second refers to “an act committed with complete indifference to the safety of others”CNN reports.

This comes after the actor’s lawyers confirmed this in April, the involuntary manslaughter charge was droppedalthough special prosecutor Kari Morrissey stated in October that his case would go before a grand jury in November.

The actor accidentally shot director of photography Halyna Hutchins in October while shooting a scene, using a gun that was supposed to be blank but was loaded for unknown reasons.
