In the middle of the night, around 1 a.m. on Saturday, a Syrian (17), who was clearly heavily drunk, broke into the apartment of a local man (26). There he attacked him with multiple punches. The 26-year-old suffered serious facial injuries.

The 26-year-old had to remain in the Lienz district hospital until Sunday. The 17-year-old is on trial on suspicion of serious bodily harm, property damage and trespassing.
