On Thursday evening, a small plane crashed into a mobile home park in the US state of Florida. Several people were killed. The pilot of the single-engine plane had previously reported an engine failure, according to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
According to the fire department, the accident aircraft was a Beechcraft Bonanza V35. The plane crashed at the Bayside Waters mobile home park in Clearwater shortly after 7pm local time. There were “several fatalities, both on the plane and in RVs,” Fire Chief Scott Ehlers said.
