During the argument, the man allegedly broke a glass door and threatened to kill his partner. The woman then immediately alerted the police.
Arrest and weapons ban
Police officers from the Wurmsergasse police station quickly arrived on the scene and were able to arrest the aggressive and extremely uncooperative 49-year-old. During the arrest, the officers noted that the suspect had a breath alcohol content of 1.5 per mille. As a result, he was imposed an entry and approach ban and a temporary weapons ban to prevent further potential dangers.
