A violent fight broke out in the middle of Vienna’s Praterstern on Saturday afternoon. Several men attacked each other with punches and pepper spray.
According to police, two 28-year-olds and two initially unknown men attacked a 20-year-old and a 26-year-old with punches and pepper spray for unknown reasons.

But that wasn’t enough, because the heated discussion moved to a bar a little later. There, one of the suspects grabbed a beer glass and attacked the 20-year-old with it. Pepper spray was also used again. Attentive witnesses immediately alerted the police.

Both victims were taken to hospital with minor injuries during the incident. Two suspects have been temporarily arrested. Two others are on the run. During the interviews, everyone involved gave conflicting information about the attack. They were reported broadly.
