Land sale – The Pinzgauer point to even more dubious deals

Date:

Controversial sale around farmers who aren’t farmers at all. More and more cases are coming out into the open. Five Pinzgauers are now turning against the judiciary.

Peter Höller was the first. The farmer from Piesendorf contacted the Public Prosecution Service (WKStA). You need to review the procedure for selling a 2.5 hectare meadow next to his farm.

Readers of “Krone” know: The Piesendorfer had sold the area through a notary in 2003 in a financial emergency in a financial emergency. Via detours, his partner now owns the meadow. She is not a farmer. This would be required by law. However, this was not a problem for the authorities.

It’s just one of many examples of questionable space deals. As reported, the Rijksauditdienst recently criticized the lack of control over the sale of real estate in Pinzgau in a report. The SPÖ instigated the WKStA because of the events. And not only Peter Höller entered the judiciary. Four other private individuals are taking part, including Marlene Rainer from Mittersill. She makes serious accusations about the sale of her father’s farm.

In the 1990s, he sold the property at Pass Thurn to a now well-known contractor. The area of the “Alpschwendtgut” was initially grassland, but was then rededicated as building land or a second home area. Chalets are now being built there. Rainer has been fighting for a turnaround on the deal for years. “As a fake farmer, the contractor has systematically bought up farmland using questionable methods,” she says. The Land Traffic Service in Zell began investigating the matter. These subsequently migrated and silted up completely.

“No farmer”: Selling only succeeds after the umpteenth attempt
Explosive: The Land Traffic Commission did not approve the purchase of the property in 1987 and 1991 – because the buyer was “not a farmer”. It was not until 1994 that the district chamber of farmers awarded the current entrepreneur the “farmer statute”. The SPÖ has already made several inquiries in the state parliament about the events surrounding the “Alpschwendtgut”. Marlene Rainer is now pinning all hopes on the WKStA.
