After the massive rush to a hair salon in Vienna-Favoriten because of an aspiring rapper on Tuesday afternoon, the police are now taking stock of the operation. The officers had to move because the crowd reached the streets – public transport was hampered. Even a 15-year-old fan had to be arrested.
There was great excitement late Tuesday afternoon in Laxenburger Strasse in front of a hair salon: the emerging Viennese artist Shabab was said to have visited there. Soon a large crowd of young fans formed in front of the studio – the police had to move.
Fans blocked public transport
Numerous teenagers stood on the sidewalk, two lanes and partly on the tram tracks, blocking traffic. The rapper Shabab described the meeting as a “state of emergency”. According to police, the meeting was quickly broken up after repeated announcements over loudspeakers. Traffic was also cleared again a short time later.
Bursch (15) became aggressive
Only a 15-year-old boy would have behaved aggressively towards the officers. He was temporarily arrested for, among other things, violating public decency and making excessive noise. Several administrative violations were reported during the operation.
