A Romanian and a Dutch family got into such a heated argument during a ski lift ride in Sölden that they split their fists. A man and a woman suffered injuries.
On Thursday around 12.30 pm there was a physical altercation between a Dutch family of four and a Romanian family of three in the Sölden ski area. The incident took place during the climb in the vicinity of the middle station.

A Romanian man suffered unknown injuries during the altercation. He was flown to hospital in Zams by emergency helicopter. A Dutch woman suffered injuries of an undetermined nature and sought medical help herself. Once investigations are completed, reports will be issued to the responsible authorities.
