The Ukrainian army says it intercepted and destroyed 38 Russian drones on Wednesday evening. In total, Russian forces fired 42 drones at targets in Ukraine, the Ukrainian Air Force said.
The Ukrainian Air Force said Iranian Shahed drones were intercepted in southern, central, western and northeastern Ukraine. In some parts of the country the air raid siren lasted more than two hours. It is one of the worst Russian drone attacks in recent weeks.

According to the local governor on Telegram, a fuel and lubricant storage facility was hit by a Ukrainian drone in Russia’s Kursk Oblast:
