A 59-year-old man was driving his car on the L190 in Feldkirch at 4:30 PM on Wednesday when he wanted to turn at an intersection. He may have overlooked an ambulance that was also approaching the intersection, albeit in the bus lane. A collision could no longer be prevented and the car and the ambulance collided.
The injured had to go to hospital
The force of the blow threw a 91-year-old woman who was on a stretcher in the ambulance to the ground. It is not yet known how seriously she was injured. In any case, she had to be taken to Feldkirch Hospital immediately. All other people involved in the accident were unharmed.
