Ivermectin prescribed – investigations against general practitioner Hallein stopped

Date:

Two Tennengauer (87, 71) became ill with Covid-19 and died in the fall at Salzburg University Hospital. Before that, they had been prescribed ivermectin by their GP. The Public Prosecution Service has now stopped the investigation against the doctor involved.

The “Krone” reported about the case: a doctor from Halle had prescribed the wormer Ivermectin at their request to two patients, both from Tennengau (87, 71), after a serious corona disease. The two patients died in the University Hospital of Salzburg at the end of October 2021 and the end of November respectively. After the announcement of the case, the Public Prosecution Service launched an investigation on suspicion of culpable homicide and also had an expert opinion obtained. The investigation has now been stopped.

According to reports, ivermectin did not cause death
Reason: According to the report, the deaths are not causally attributable to the intake of ivermectin. In addition, the wormer intended for horses caused no harm to health, the report said. According to a number of studies, the drug against Covid-19 does not help either.
