The police are currently looking for a fugitive skier in the Tyrolean Zillertal: The unknown man fled on Wednesday after a collision with a German woman (66), who was seriously injured.
The serious accident happened on Wednesday around 2 p.m. in the ski area Penken. A collision occurred between the 66-year-old on blue lane number 28 North Rhine-Westphalia and another skier.
By helicopter to the hospital
The woman fell and suffered serious injuries. After initial treatment on site by the pister rescue team, she was flown by emergency helicopter to the Schwaz district hospital.

„The second skier involved continued his journey after the accident without releasing his details,” police said. Investigators are now looking for possible witnesses and hope the fugitive will come forward on his own.
