At least three people died and eleven were injured in a shooting that was recorded last night on a street in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, US, police reported this Sunday.
The injured were taken to health centers and, according to police spokespersons to the media, “two men and a woman were pronounced dead after arriving at hospitals with multiple gunshot wounds.” According to local media several attackers allegedly fired into a crowd in a popular nightclub area.
A police officer who was nearby shot one of the perpetrators of the shooting, after which the man dropped his weapon and fled. The attackers were not found yet.
The event took place in one of the most popular meeting places in the city and caused chaos among those in attendance, according to witnesses.
