A 55-year-old from Hörsching informed the police around 3:20 am on Saturday that there was a heavily damaged car in her garden. However, there was no driver on site. When police arrived at the scene of the accident, the driver, a 43-year-old Hungarian national from Marchtrenk, had already returned and immediately admitted to driving the car.
Driver’s license taken away
An alcohol test carried out showed an alcohol content of 0.96 per mille and his driver’s license was confiscated. The damaged vehicle was towed away.
