On Sunday evening, a 37-year-old Romanian walked to his car, which he parked in Klagenfurt. Once there, another Romanian citizen suddenly arrived and hit the right side of the vehicle with a stick.
The two men had already had several arguments about a traffic accident that had occurred some time ago. After a verbal argument, the 39-year-old opened the car door and hit the 37-year-old in the face several times with his fist.
With a fist in the face
He then tried to hit the man with a hard stick. The man injured his hands while defending himself. Immediately afterwards the suspect left the location. After the report was made, the injured person was taken to the Klagenfurt clinic by the rescue team.
The perpetrator denies the accusation
The suspect was subsequently found at his home address. He did not admit to hitting the 37-year-old man, but merely pushed him. After the investigation is completed, he will be reported to the Klagenfurt public prosecutor’s office.
