Have you always wanted to try out the forest bathing trend, but don’t know where to start? Don’t worry: we asked Austria’s first clinical forest therapist, Ulli Felber, for her pro tips.

One of the most important things you need to know about forest bathing: “It is absolutely not about covering a certain distance or lap,” emphasizes forest bathing trainer Ulli Felber. The goal is not to cover a certain number of kilometers or climb a peak: “That can cause stress because the emphasis is not on experiencing nature or enjoying it, but rather on reaching the top. ” When it comes to forest bathing, the journey is the goal.”
