During the holidays several accidents occurred on the roads of Tyrol. In one case, a Spaniard (23) confused the clutch with the brake pedal and a motorcyclist was the leader. A motorcyclist was also injured in another accident in Tyrol on Thursday.

In Lermoos around 10.35 am a cyclist (47) collided with a motorist (59) who wanted to enter an underground parking garage from Innsbrucker Straße. The motorcyclist suffered injuries to his left foot and was taken by ambulance to the hospital in Reutte.

At 4:10 p.m., an accident occurred in Telfs: a 23-year-old was driving through the city in a car with an automatic transmission when he “out of habit wanted to clutch and shift gears” – but of course there is an automatic transmission. no clutch, so instead he hit the brakes and stopped abruptly. A following motorcyclist (26) was unable to brake in time and hit the rear of the car. He was injured and taken by ambulance to Hall hospital.
