On Friday afternoon, a 21-year-old resident wanted to steal the chains of a 16-year-old from St. Thomas near Waizenkirchen in a parking lot in Grieskirchen. He grabbed his victim by the sweater and chains and threatened him en masse.

The 16-year-old managed to free himself. However, the attacker was able to quickly grab him again, brutally pulled him by his chains again and hit him in the face with his fist, wounding the teenager in the lower jaw.
However, the suspect then fled without any loot towards the train station, where police officers who were called to help him were able to catch him. When the officers wanted to search him, the 21-year-old suddenly became extremely aggressive.

He attacked the police officers, hitting them and wounding a total of six of them. He shouted that he would stab them all and kill their families too. One of the officers ultimately had to be treated in hospital for an arm injury.
