The Vienna police are looking for a man who allegedly robbed a supermarket in Vienna-Donaustadt at the end of December. The man allegedly threatened two employees with a gun after hours and robbed them of cash. The suspect has not yet been caught. Mugshots have been released. There is a prize of 5,000 euros for relevant information!
The incident took place on December 21 last year in Süßenbrunner Strasse. The suspect – estimated to be around 25 to 30 years old – is said to have threatened two employees with a weapon and then robbed money from the branch.

“Despite extensive searches, the fugitive suspect managed to escape. The Vienna State Criminal Investigation Office immediately started further investigations,” police spokesman Philipp Haßlinger said on Tuesday.
The Association of Friends of the Vienna Police then offered an amount of 5,000 euros, which would lead to the investigation and conviction of the suspect.
Photos of the suspected perpetrator have now been published. “Witnesses who spotted the suspect before, during or after his escape are requested to contact the police,” Haßlinger said.
