A 17-year-old cyclist lay motionless and unresponsive on a sidewalk in Timelkam on Easter Monday evening. He suffered serious head injuries in a fall.
A 17-year-old from the Vöcklabruck district fell on Easter Monday around 12.50 pm with his mountain bike on the pedestrian and bicycle path parallel to the L1270 Ungenacher Landesstraße, so violently that he was first treated by the rescue and emergency doctor and later in the Salzkammergut clinic to Vöcklabruck.
Not responding
The motionless, unresponsive 17-year-old suffered serious head injuries as a result of the accident. A second person involved could not be traced. Investigations are still underway.
