Saturday evening at the airport center in Wals-Siezenheim near Salzburg: A Serbian driver (25) drove his car into several concrete bollards. Even though the car was destroyed afterwards, he still wanted to drive away.
Because this was not possible due to the damage, the 25-year-old fled the scene of the accident on foot. And according to witnesses, he was apparently very drunk. After a short time, the police were able to arrest the young man. But during the official act, the Serb showed his aggressive side: he tried to defend himself against the police with punches and kicks.
This ultimately led to his arrest. The man refused the alcohol test. Ergo: he had to immediately surrender his driver’s license and is now on trial for, among other things, resistance to state authority.
