That is exactly what the resident of an apartment complex in Wels did. “A neighbor was concerned,” Flotzinger reports. Reason: She saw a cloud of smoke on the balcony below her. However, it was not caused by a fire, but by a neighbor who was probably smoking an e-cigarette. “He must have gone through it quite intensively, and then a nice cloud of white smoke comes out,” says Flotzinger.
