At the end of April, the financial police and police discovered numerous administrative violations at a music festival organized by a cultural association in the city of Salzburg. The organizer risks a fine of 45,000 euros.

The affected company now risks fines of approximately 45,000 euros. The raid came about because the financial police had received advance information that numerous rules were being ignored during the event.
Ultimately, violations of the ASVG and the Anti-Wage and Social Dumping Act and violations of the Unemployment Act and the Aliens Employment Act were determined.
In addition, there were violations of provisions of the Federal Tax Code and financial violations of the Financial Crimes Act. The police also found two violations of the Aliens Police Act.
