Police are investigating serious allegations against several residents of a refugee shelter in Salzburg! The crime scene: the Salzburg Aya-Bad. FPÖ State Councilor Christian Pewny calls for a curfew until the matter is clarified…
In response to the ‘Krone’ request, the police provided only vague information and referred to victim protection. One can only confirm that the investigation into a “possible sexual offense” continues. The crime scene: the Aya-Bad on the Salzburger Alpenstrasse.
According to research by “Krone”, the incident took place on May 5 – a few days after the start of the outdoor swimming pool season.
A minor resident of a refugee home is said to have sexually abused a visitor to the swimming pool. There are apparently allegations of at least attempted rape. Several other residents of the building are said to have witnessed the incident.
The police are said to have been present at the refugee house in Salzburg these days to question the suspect. The affected youth are not currently expected to admit to the serious allegations. However, they probably confirmed that they actually went swimming together in the Aya Bath on May 5 – but always among themselves.
The responsible state representative, Christian Pewny (FPÖ), is outraged by these developments: “Until the matter is fully clarified, a consistent curfew is necessary in the affected facility to protect the population. We must set a good example here.” He calls for “an end to the current asylum situation as quickly as possible.”
