While thousands of people celebrated the Horn Festival cheerfully and peacefully, extremely brutal scenes took place in the shadow of the great Waldviertel folk festival – whether it was the unconscionable belt attack or the 17-year-old girl whose two ribs were broken. The latter reported in an online video in which you can clearly see her rib bandage (see photo below).
