When the German (60) was alerted to the fact that smoke was coming from his car on the A13 on Thursday around 2.40 pm, he immediately drove away from Patsch and got out. He tried to put out the fire with a small fire extinguisher he had in the car.
Motorway exit completely closed for one hour
