At around 16:10, the 11-year-old was riding his mountain bike south along the Kugelfangweg. A low loader was in front of him. “For unknown reasons, he braked so that the child could no longer stop in time, rode into the back of the low loader and fell,” the police said.

After the unknown driver of the low loader got out for a moment and spoke to the slightly injured boy, he continued the journey without exchanging information.
