Tragic accident on Ferndorfer Straße in the municipality of Weißenstein: The 53-year-old employee was pruning trees when a branch under tension suddenly came loose and hit the employee with full force in the body.

The blow caused the man to make an unfortunate movement with his chainsaw against his right thigh, causing a deep cut. After providing first aid on the spot, the road maintenance worker was taken by ambulance to the Villach LKH.
