The latest figures from the personnel and management consultancy Kienbaum show how much skilled workers with apprenticeship contracts, specialists, team leaders, department heads and directors earn in Austria. And: At what point do you have an income above average or are you in the best quarter?
Compared to the previous year, wages in Austria have increased by between five and 7.7 percent this year, according to the results of the current remuneration survey by the personnel and management consultancy Kienbaum Vienna. The survey shows that incomes in Austria continue to rise sharply despite a moderate economic situation. On average, managers received a basic salary increase of 6.3 percent, while wages for specialists and skilled workers increased by an average of 7.7 percent (see graphs).
