Because time and again, Matt Groening’s crazy predictions from the cult show often come true decades later. Like now. In 1996, the series saw rap group Cypress Hill accidentally booking the London Symphony Orchestra while drunk. It was meant as a joke at the time – which has now become reality 28 years later. The band performed at the Royal Albert Hall, where they performed their biggest hits, including “Insane in the Brain” from their 90s albums, with the help of the orchestra.
Trump predicted he would become president

In the episode “Bart into the Future,” Lisa Simpson becomes the president of the United States and names Donald Trump as one of her predecessors. He actually won the election 15 years later.
