Due to an operator error, the large screens incorrectly communicated that visitors should leave the room via the emergency exits.
Once there, the gates were locked. There was a crowd. Some visitors climbed over a fence and injured themselves.
90,000 people on site
Finally, the crowds were led to the regular exits. The concert was reportedly attended by approximately 90,000 people.
