Since Mother’s Day, you can start your day in Mönichkirchen in the Neunkirchen district with an unforgettable experience: namely, with breakfast at the chairlift. At the valley station of the Erlebnisalm, the guests take their seats in pairs in the chairlift. The sun track stops for a moment and the table with regional delicacies is set and laid.
Let your feet and soul dangle
In order to enjoy the view optimally, the speed of the chairlift is reduced. A ride takes 30 minutes. “The guests were very enthusiastic and the appointments were quickly booked up,” explains Ines Buchgeher from the Erlebnisalm. Couples, brothers and sisters and also parents with their children have already made use of the breakfast trip.

A video of this special breakfast spot is now going viral online. People from all over the world are celebrating the idea that the managers came up with. The video has already received more than 100,000 likes on Instagram – and a whopping 6.4 million clicks. The number is growing every day.
