This call is a response to “the international silence and inability to stop the war in Gaza, the US administration’s bias and its total support” for Israel.
Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) leader Ismail Haniye has appealed to the mobilization at national and international level in support of the Gaza Strip, the target of an Israeli retaliatory offensive that has killed nearly 40,000 people since October 7.
Haniye has called for an “effective national, Arab, Islamic and international mobilization” in support of the people of Gaza and the Palestinian prisoners on August 3, which would also be the starting point for actions to demand a cessation of hostilities.
This call is a response to “the international silence and inability to stop the war in Gaza, the US administration’s bias and its total support” for Israel.
It also denounces the “inability of human rights and humanitarian organizations to take responsibility for the rights of the Palestinian people in Gaza and of prisoners in prisons.”
