Pure holiday feeling: besides music stars, swimming at Traisenstrand at the Frequency Festival in St. Pölten ensures the best party atmosphere. The “Krone” was there live for you!
Summer, sun, frequency! Temperatures above 30 degrees make festival-goers in St. Pölten sweat a lot. A ‘jump’ into the cool water is even more popular with party-goers. Equipped with original swimming aids and air mattresses, some even pitch their tents directly in the Traisen.
And without further ado, we move the festival to the campsite. With loud music, a great atmosphere and liquid ‘fuel’ – preferably drunk through a funnel. The motto is accelerate and celebrate.
For some, the music acts are becoming a sideshow: “I’ve been here since Monday, the atmosphere is unbeatable,” says Tobias from Upper Austria. Like every year, he’s spending his days at the campsite this year. “I don’t even know who’s playing this year,” says the 28-year-old, as he celebrates his own festival.
“We still have a lot to do today, after swimming in the Traisen we go to the stages”, two girls from Vienna look forward to the evening as they cool off in the river. Another finds the refreshment he needs in a bin full of water and dry ice. Pure holiday feeling, Friday afternoon on the Traisen beach. The sun is burning, the mood is boiling! From tattoo stands to bungee jumping, entertainment is provided.
