On Sunday around 23:30, a police patrol carried out laser measurements on the B1 Linzer Straße in Wels as part of the traffic department. An 18-year-old driver was driving his father’s Tesla in the local area at a speed of 133 km/h and a permitted speed of 70 km/h.
During the driver and vehicle check, it turned out that the 18-year-old driver from the Wels-Land district still had a probationary driving license. This was taken from him on the spot. The car was temporarily impounded.
