Short intermezzo: the weekend weather starts sunny, followed by a cold front

Date:

The start of the weekend is wonderfully sunny and midsummer, but from Sunday we will get some cooling. Together with the cold front, thunderstorms are also expected. After that, the weather will improve again.

The Friday will be very sunny. In the afternoon, some cumulus clouds will form in the mountains; the tendency for showers remains very low, even in the high mountains. The wind will be weak to moderate, mainly from east to south. Early temperatures: nine to 17 degrees, daily maximums: 27 to 33 degrees.

It looks very sunny Saturday: Usually only a few thin, high clouds will interrupt the blue of the sky. The wind blows moderately and fairly strongly on the eastern edge of the Alps, from east to south. Early temperatures: twelve to 20 degrees, daily maximums: 29 to 35 degrees.

Ben Sunday The bathing fun finally comes to an end: a cold front hits the country from the west. In the eastern half and in the south it is mostly sunny until the afternoon, but from Vorarlberg to Upper Austria local rain and thunderstorms are possible in the morning. In the afternoon and evening they occur more often from the west and spread to the east.

Locally heavy rain or thunderstorms are possible, but showers are also possible. The wind is light to moderate, but with showers and thunderstorms the wind is partly strong from the west to northwest. The daily maximum temperatures are between 23 and 34 degrees from west to east.

Follow along the north side of the Alps Assembly Cloudy with occasional rain showers. Towards the east, the clouds will clear during the day and make way for the sun. The sun will shine the longest in the south. The wind will blow moderately to strongly from the north, especially from the east. Early temperatures: 13 to 19 degrees, maximum values: 21 to 29 degrees.

Ben Tuesday The changeable intermezzo is probably coming to an end: due to the rising air pressure, very sunny weather will prevail in most parts of the country. Showers or thunderstorms are only local and rare, but are limited to the mountains. Maximum daytime temperatures of 23 to 29 degrees should not prevent a visit to the swimming pool.
