In a well-maintained garden, nettles or dandelions are considered uninvited guests that should be removed regularly. However, the supposed weeds contain all sorts of healthy ingredients, which is why the plants should end up on the plate instead of in the compost.

For many people, their own garden is a “green oasis” of peace and relaxation that needs to be kept in good condition. This also includes the time-consuming battle against unwanted weeds. But what if we didn’t just see them as annoying intruders, but rather as healthy culinary delicacies? After all, you can conjure up all sorts of culinary highlights from them. The pharmacist Mag.
