After a panic attack, the 61-year-old pretended to be a police officer

Date:

This 61-year-old from Klagenfurt probably doesn’t handle rejection and rejection very well. First, the man completely panicked in a bar in Pörtschach, then he became “creative”…

What exactly caused the escalation in a bar in Pörtschach on Saturday is not known, but a 61-year-old from Klagenfurt completely lost his patience. “He threatened the 50-year-old innkeeper and caused him fear and unrest. He also insulted him racially,” the police reported.

The threatened innkeeper then banned the restaurant, which apparently hit the 61-year-old hard. “To circumvent this ban, the suspect pretended to be a detective, then called the police emergency number and also pretended to be a detective,” the police describe the completely bizarre situation.

Criminal consequences
But the plan didn’t really work and had serious consequences for the fake detective. The criminal charges include dangerous threats (against the innkeeper) and suspicion of office (as a criminal police officer), which carry a prison sentence of up to two years. There is also a display for calling the emergency call.
