An exhibitionist is currently up to mischief on Lake Constance. On Monday evening, he surprised a young woman on the German shore of Lake Constance in Konstanz (Baden-Württemberg). The police are looking for the unknown man.
The 18-year-old was riding her e-scooter on Jacob-Burckhardt-Straße at around 10:30 p.m. As she was about to drive past house number 56, she saw a slim man standing by a staircase, studying and playing his best piece. The unknown man was wearing a black mask, otherwise he was completely naked.
The young woman informed the director. Despite an immediate search, the police were unable to arrest the exhibitionist. Witnesses who also saw the man are asked to contact the Konstanz police
